Details: Made from our own chillies, this year our chilli paste is about a 4/10 heat rating. There is approximately 1 tablespoon of sugar and 3 teaspoons of salt for every kilo of chillies so the sugar and salt content is negligible.
Serve with steak, add to a curry for heat, add a teaspoon to soups when serving.
