Ingredients: Chillies, vinegar, water, bay leaf, peppercorns, mustard seeds, cloves, cardamom pods, fennel seeds.
Product: Pickled chillies (WARNING – these are an 11/10 heat rating).
Details: Made from a combination of our own Scorpion chillies and Carolina Reapers (grown in the gardens of The Old Victoria in East Maitland), these chillies are often used as decoration but can be eaten. If you like a hot chilli, this is for you!
This label contains a warning. Be aware you should not touch these chillies with your fingers. Use gloves or tongs (or both) when handling these chillies. Never touch your face after handling these chillies or after handling the jar (as there may be residue liquid on the outside of the jar).
