At Within Radius we believe in “gluten free and gluten spree”. Our gourmet street food is delicious, affordable, made from the highest quality local produce with most items also available in gluten free options. We source directly from farmers and bring you a “farm gate to dinner plate” experience that will keep you coming back for more.
You will find us serving gourmet street food at markets, festivals and other outdoor events. We are based in the Hunter Valley but cover events across New South Wales (and sometimes further afield).
At the core of our menu is a gourmet sausage sizzle. However, we also provide other menu items depending on what is in season and available locally. So if a sausage sizzle is not your thing, you may find something else to tantalise your taste buds.
Our sausages are nitrate and chemical free, served on artisan bread (whenever we can source it locally) and accompanied by gourmet condiments. Our condiments vary depending what is in season and the flavour of sausages we have created. We work with a gourmet kitchen to create chutneys and other condiments that suit the sausages we create.
